Bringing extensive experience leading luxury resorts across diverse leisure destinations, Oriol offers deep expertise in pre-opening operations, commercial strategy, and guest experience development. His previous appointments have included senior leadership roles across Thailand, Bali, and Colombia, where he successfully guided hotel openings, brand repositioning, and operational transformations.
