Expensify Travel Adds Central Billing, Event Management, and Employee Itineraries
San Francisco — Expensify, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXFY), a global payments superapp with more than 15 million users worldwide, has launched major updates to its Expensify Travel platform.
The new suite of features aims to make corporate travel easier while reducing T&E (travel and expense) costs by up to 30%.

Key Updates in Expensify Travel
- Central Billing: Pay for all travel on a central company card, automate expense categorization, and gain real-time visibility into bookings.
- Event Management: Share booking links for conferences and offsites, track RSVPs, and centrally manage group expenses.
- Employee Itineraries: Bookings are grouped automatically by trip, with flight, hotel, and rental details displayed in one view.
Expensify CEO David Barrett emphasized that the updates give “flexibility and control back to employees and finance teams.”
