Nusa Dua, Bali, May 3, 2019 - Effective of 5 April 2019, The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali appoints their new Chief Concierge, Verina Rendiza. In her new role, Verina will be responsible for the Concierge operations development and implementation of strategies reporting directly to General Manager, Lucia Liu.
An Indonesian native with over 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Verina brings a broad knowledge of Concierge operations to her assignment at The Laguna Bali. Her dedication and passion in pursuing service excellence has led her to be the executive committee of the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or Indonesia delivering the highest quality of service in the field. Growing up in Bali, Verina brings a broad knowledge of Balinese culture to the company. With her enthusiasm, attentiveness to detail and drive for innovation, she believes that she can motivate her team best by setting an example and empowering their skills and potential to be the best destination authority. Prior to joining The Laguna, Verina was the Head of Concierge at The Legian Bali overseeing 15 concierges, airport representative and ambassadors team where she successfully implements productivity whilst improving guest satisfaction.
Verina holds a Degree in Bachelor of English in Udayana University, Bali.With extensive experience in Bali, Verina is eager to contribute to improve guest satisfaction and the ongoing success of The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Nusa Dua.
