MRS SIPPY – the popular, iconic bar and restaurant in Sydney’s Double Bay – has expanded the brand with a stylish pool club in Bali. A modern oasis, Mrs Sippy Bali has become Seminyak's newest ‘see and be seen’ venue with a casual and relaxed atmosphere and ample spaces for swimming, sunning and dancing from day to night.
Designed by Akin Creative, Mrs Sippy Bali is a chilled escape from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Local stone, timber, brick and custom tile have been used alongside bespoke lights and furniture to create a slightly retro feel with a modern vibe. The 800m2 saltwater pool and diving platform is the central focus of Mrs Sippy Bali. With soft curves, rendered edges and gentle beach entries, the pool is surrounded by Mediterranean-style architecture, daybeds, cabanas, gardens and shady palm trees, providing a multitude of open and private spaces.
The on-site restaurant and bars feature menus and cocktails that are light, fresh and fun. With an events calendar of parties and international DJ’s, Mrs Sippy Bali is making a splash as the hottest spot on the Bali party scene.
Families are welcome at Mrs Sippy from 10am until 9pm, except for the occasional advertised over-18 event, with plenty of food, drinks and fun options for all comers.
At the heart of the project are co-owners Andrew Stanway and Ben May, and their unwavering commitment to quality and providing positive experiences for all guests at Mrs Sippy Bali. Their philosophy has promoted Mrs Sippy in Double Bay, Sydney to become one of the city’s favourite haunts for celebrities and the ‘it’ crowd. Having a female-friendly brand and keen focus on service, whilst still being an upbeat and inviting venue is, according to them, the recipe for success that they are now bringing to Bali.
Executive Chef Jonay Armas’ menu features wood-fired seafood, pizza and light-bites, and an ever-changing array of fresh, fruity cocktails to enjoy by the pool or in one of the multiple bar areas. Mrs Sippy Bali joins the Seminyak scene with the promise of bringing the best of Bali to one glamorous destination.
Mrs Sippy cocktails have been tailor-made to enhance their tropical surrounds and put the fun back into drinking. A balanced mix of classic techniques, vibrant colors, fresh fruits and ingredients makes it easy for guests to order and enjoy one of the fabulous signature drinks, such as the Cucumber Spritz – made with gin, fresh local basil, fresh cucumber, homemade ginger syrup, freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, lemon juice & soda or the Sippy Froze – made with Rosé, mango juice, peach lemon juice and simple syrup.

“What Mrs Sippy does is give people an amazing experience,” said co-owner Andrew Stanway. “The brands that are already here have been ground breakers and made Bali what it is and we want to add to what those brands have created. It’s just about fun, that’s our core value. It’s about everyone having a great time, with music, food, drinks, and one of the best pools in Bali.”

We have been coming here for years and we all think of Bali as one of the best places in the world. So it’s about what the Mrs Sippy brand brings to it. We are not trying to reinvent the wheel, we just want the wheel to keep on turning.”
