Radisson Individuals brand celebrates 100th property milestone and now offers even more opportunities for guests and owners
Radisson Hotel Group is pleased to announce the signing of LIME Resort Bohol, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier, set to welcome guests by the end of 2025. The beachfront resort will be the first Radisson Individuals Premier in Southeast Asia Pacific, underscoring the Group’s fast-track conversion strategy and bringing an upper-upscale hospitality experience to one of the country’s most celebrated island destinations.

This signing comes shortly after Radisson Hotel Group announced the expansion of its Radisson Individuals brand with three new extensions: Premier, Boutique, and Retreat, offering more visibility and choice for diverse property types and guest experiences. Radisson Individuals Premier is a curated collection of upper-upscale hotels located in key business and leisure destinations worldwide. The brand offers sophisticated design, exceptional service, and modern facilities while celebrating each property’s identity.
Nestled along the pristine shores of Panglao, Bohol, Philippines, LIME Resort Bohol, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier, will feature 138 rooms and suites, blending contemporary design with natural surroundings. Accommodation highlights will include One-Bedroom Lagoon Suites, One-Bedroom Beachfront Villas, and Two-Bedroom Sky Penthouses, all designed to deliver comfort, style, and panoramic views of the island’s landscapes.
The resort will offer an array of dining and lifestyle options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a pool bar, and a vibrant beach club. Guests will also enjoy direct access to Napaling Reef, a renowned diving destination, while popular attractions such as Panglao Beach, Alona Beach, Chocolate Hills, the Tarsier and Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Loboc River are all within easy reach.
