new Director of Marketing Communications: Wiwin Hakim. In his new role, Wiwin will be
responsible for the development and implementation of Marketing and Communication strategies
for both resorts reporting directly to Director of Sales & Marketing – Complex, Axel Jehangir.
A dynamic and sophisticated hospitality industry professional, Wiwin brings more than 12 years of
experience in public relation and marketing to his complex assignment in Bali. Previously joining the
legacy of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 2015 as pre-opening Manager of Marketing
Communications of Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Wiwin is no stranger to the luxury brand. He has
spent most of his career particularly in Indonesia and Australia with hospitality brands such as
Crown Casino, Ayodya Resort and Vin+.
During his spare time, Wiwin loves travelling and enjoying good comfort food accompanied by
other food enthusiasts. His experience will surely contribute to the achievement and on-going success of these two prestigious Nusa Dua resorts.
