NUO Sunday Brunch Meets Chef Xavier Isabal

For one Sunday only, Michelin-starred guest chef Xavier Isabal will be helming a bespoke NUO Sunday Brunch takeover with a unique taste of France, presenting the finest Bayonne ham, imported oysters and foie gras in a range of delectable dishes.

Born and raised in the Bayonne region of southwest France, Chef Xaviar Isabal has created his modern take on the local Basque cooking style, and his family restaurant has been awarded stars by Michelin for an incredible 47 years running!
